5-Week pregnancy yoga series
Join us for a nourishing 5-week pregnancy yoga series designed to support you through every stage of your journey. Each week explores a specific focus — from building pelvic stability and easing common discomforts like lower back pain, to preparing for birth, deep relaxation, and building strength and stamina.
These classes are more than just movement — they’re a chance to slow down, connect with your growing baby, and tune into your own inner wisdom. We’ll also explore themes like fatigue, nausea, anxiety, and surrender (to name a few), all within a supportive community of fellow mums-to-be. This class is a beautiful way to care for your body, calm your mind, and prepare for the arrival of your little one.
Each 5-week series is different, so join us for one series or many! You’ll be held by an inclusive and supportive community from conception to birth.

5-Week yoga series for ALL parents with babies under two years
This class is designed for ALL parents, yes, dads too! Babies stay close, so bring a toy, a soft blanket or a bouncer while we move through supportive, anatomy-informed yoga sequences that aids postpartum recovery, builds strength and improves flexibility.
Each session focuses on key areas like core connection, upper body strength or lower back support, while also weaving in thoughtful themes around the emotional and physical transitions of early parenthood. It’s a chance to care for your body, take a breath, and feel supported in this new chapter — all with your new little one by your side.
Class sequences and themes change all the time, so join us for one series or many! You are sure to make plenty of new connections.

I welcome all stages of pregnancy to this class, including those that are trying to conceive. When you join, and when you stop attending classes all has to do with your individual pregnancy and how you are feeling. I always offer modifications for the different stages of pregnancy.

Yes! All pregnancy classes are specifically designed to accommodate and even ease some of the most common pregnancy discomforts.

The parents-and-babies class can be a bit chaotic, but honestly, it’s part of the fun. Your facilitator usually walks around the class to make sure that babies are safe. She can also pick up a crying baby and try to settle them to give the parent some extra time to do the poses. At the end of the day though, your baby is still your responsibility, but we do our best to accommodate everyone. Breast or bottle feeding in class is absolutely ok.

We prefer if you only bring one baby per parent, but we understand that there might be special situations or circumstances that will need us to deviate from the norm. Please send an email to discuss.
