Join us for a nourishing 5-week pregnancy yoga series designed to support you through every stage of your journey. Each week explores a specific focus — from building pelvic stability and easing common discomforts like lower back pain, to preparing for birth, deep relaxation, and building strength and stamina. These classes are more than just movement — they’re a chance to slow down, connect with your growing baby, and tune into your own inner wisdom. We’ll also explore themes like fatigue, nausea, anxiety, and surrender (to name a few), all within a supportive community of fellow mums-to-be. This class is a beautiful way to care for your body, calm your mind, and prepare for the arrival of your little one.
