Terms and conditions for engaging with Anzel (Little Lotus Yoga) in any type of appointment, class or retreat:
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in type of appointment, yoga class or retreat experience provided by Anzel van Biljon, hereinafter referred to as "Little Lotus Yoga". By enrolling in or attending sessions, you agree to abide by these Terms, which protect the interests of Little Lotus Yoga.
By participating in sessions with Little Lotus Yoga, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from participating in sessions provided by Little Lotus Yoga.
1.Scope of Services:
Little Lotus Yoga provides guidance and instruction in yoga and meditation. These sessions are intended for personal growth, well-being and holistic development. It's important to note that Anzel offers guidance based on specific yoga trainings as well as personal experience and knowledge.
2.Not a Substitute for Professional Advice:
The teachings and guidance provided by Little Lotus Yoga are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice. You should consult with qualified professionals for specific concerns in these areas. Little Lotus Yoga assumes no liability for any actions or decisions made based on the information provided during sessions.
3. Online Classes:
For online classes, participants are responsible for ensuring they have suitable equipment, a stable internet connection, and a suitable space for practice. Little Lotus Yoga is not responsible for technical issues on the participant's end that may disrupt the session.
4.Registration and Payment:
Registration for classes, retreats or sessions are confirmed upon payment of the specified fees. All payments are non-refundable, except as specified in the Cancellation Policy.
5.Liability:
Little Lotus Yoga shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of participation in sessions, whether in person or online.
6.Confidentiality:
All personal details or information shared during sessions will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except when required by law.
7.Feedback and Complaints:
If you have any feedback or complaints about the sessions, please communicate directly with Little Lotus Yoga to address your concerns.
8.Cancellation and Rescheduling policy:
Class Packs (Series Bookings):
All yoga classes at Little Lotus Yoga are offered in 5-week series (class packs), which run weekly and consecutively. By purchasing a class pack, you agree to commit to the full 5-week term. Please note that:
Class packs are non-refundable under any circumstances, including personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or inability to attend.
Missed classes cannot be credited, refunded, or transferred. Individual sessions within a pack are not deductible from the total price.
Little Lotus Yoga reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class if necessary. This may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather disruptions or venue unavailability. In such cases:
If a class is cancelled and not rescheduled, a refund of $35 per missed class will be issued to the client.
If required, Little Lotus Yoga may move a scheduled class online (via Zoom) to ensure continuity. No refund will be issued for classes moved online..
All bookings for retreats are non-refundable. If a client is unable to attend a retreat on the agreed-upon dates for any reason, no refund will be issued.
Little Lotus Yoga reserves the right to reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or venue unavailability. In such cases, clients will be offered a full refund if they are unable to attend the rescheduled dates.
9.Amendments:
Little Lotus Yoga reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website or provided to participants in advance of any changes taking effect.
10.Governing Law:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].
